Friendly staff, great customer service, Craig Thomas always there when I needed to discuss about my case, and as hard as it was dealing with insurance company he never let go of my case and fought till the end. Thank you Mr. Thomas for your services I totally recommend this law firm.

McKey did really well by us. My wife was rear ended three times within a span of 3 years so regrettably, we have a good basis of comparison. The first lawyer often seemed like a representative of the other side, often just throwing the arguments of the insurance company in our faces instead of treating us like the victims we really were... and that was the first accident. My wife drives for Uber so she is in the thick of it every day. She is German and as a fire fighter she had over half a dozen drivers safety courses. Every time she was rear ended she was in a situation where she had to stop to avoid an accident someone else would have caused. Jeremy McKey always treated us with respect, explained the games Insurance companies play to save a buck and he got us a great settlement. Unlike his greedy peer, Jeremy not only stated that the most important thing is justice for us, he lived up to that.

I was in a car accident July 2017 and The Law Office of Jeremy W. McKey was there every step of the way. I called an attorney because the insurance of the lady who failed to yield the right of way and turned left in front of my vehicle was not accepting liability. I had to get an attorney involved - I had no other options, I was injured (went to the hospital the day of my accident) and my car was totaled. I was involved in an wreck and the firm that originally handle my case left me in the dark and even told me it would not be a good case. I searched and came upon Mckey law firm. Turns out, my case was a commercial case! The process took some time because the insurance lowball me and we had to take it into litigation.
